Clean and spacious rooms with two spotless bathrooms inside. Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast served on the rooftop with stunning views. Convenient location near a train station with easy access to the city center attractions. Enclosed luggage lockers available for guests even after checking out.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the value for money was excellent. The prices were affordable and reasonable, especially considering the great location. Speaking of which, the hotel is situated in a vibrant neighborhood with plenty of character. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Lastly, the basic amenities were well-maintained and the rooms with a double bed were comfortable. The hotel even had two bathrooms, which was a convenient bonus.
The only minor issue I encountered was a small detail in the room. However, overall, everything was more than satisfactory.

The rooms were comfortable, bright, and quite big, with spotlessly clean amenities. The hotel provided TV and tea-making facilities, a nice addition. The location was convenient, being close to transportation hubs like the train and bus stations. This made it easy to explore the city without any hassle.
The bathroom door would not lock, and the toilet seat was detached.

I loved the hotel's location so close to the train station - just what I needed. The staff was amazing and very helpful, going out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The rooftop terrace with an amazing view was the cherry on top. The room was clean and comfy, with black-out curtains perfect for a good night's sleep.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location right next to HAKATA station was the best. It made it so convenient for us to explore the city. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the room, which was perfect for our toddler. The staff were friendly and thoughtful, installing a bedrail for us. The breakfast buffet was superb, offering a mix of western and Japanese choices to start our mornings off right.

Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Comfortable beds and clean washrooms. Chill bar with nightly dinner and drink specials. Convenient location near metro stations and cafes.

The hotel had a great location, close to a metro station that could take you anywhere within the city. The room was clean and modern, with a nice bathroom and comfortable beds. The staff provided excellent service, always willing to assist with any needs. Breakfast was included and quite adequate, with a good variety of options. The hotel had good security and facilities, including free internet access.
The noise from the surrounding area, particularly the street and nearby construction, was occasionally distracting.
